John A. Tyler, CPA
Founder, President

John is the founder and president. Since becoming a CPA in 1969, he has earned a distinguished reputation for providing counsel to owner-managed businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals.

John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He is a past chairman of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's Microcomputer Committee.

Additionally, John has published many articles on the use of computers in accounting for a number of prominent business and technical publications.
John received a degree in Economics from Yale University and an Accounting degree from Bentley College.

Michael H. Lynch, CPA
Partner

Mike is the vice-president in charge of tax services. Since becoming a CPA in 1989, he has specialized in research and planning for various tax issues involving small and medium businesses, fiduciaries, estates, trusts and individuals.
Mike received an Accounting degree from Bentley College.








Jack E. Dixey, CPA


Jack became a CPA in 1983. He has provided extensive business and tax counsel to small and medium sized business ever since. Jack's particular area of expertise is auditing. He earned a degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.


Sarah A. Liberman, CPA

Sarah is a versatile CPA involved with audits, tax returns and tax consulting. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Sarah has been an active CPA since 1981.

Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
