Michael H. Lynch, CPA
President
Mike Lynch is the president of Tyler Lynch, PC, bringing over 20 years of experience in tax planning and consulting for family groups and closely held businesses, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and limited liability companies. He advises clients on complex matters such as business reorganizations, acquisitions, and liquidations.
Mike also has expertise in tax planning for businesses and individual tax clients, and regularly represents clients before the IRS and state tax authorities.
A graduate of Bentley College, Mike is an active member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and is recognized for his thoughtful, practical approach to complex tax issues.
Vivian Hu, CPA
Senior Manager
Vivian began her career at Tyler Lynch in 2010 and has extensive experience in individual, partnership, and corporate tax return preparation and planning. She regularly works with the IRS and state tax authorities on behalf of clients, providing guidance through audits, notices, and other challenging tax issues. Vivian is also skilled in reviewing and compiling financial statements, helping clients maintain accurate and reliable records.
She contributes to the firm’s commitment to responsive, proactive, and high-quality client service. A graduate of Bentley University with a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Vivian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
John P. Granahan, CPA
Senior Manager
John Granahan joined Tyler Lynch, P.C. in 2015 and has extensive experience providing accounting and tax services to corporate, trust, and individual clients. He brings a broad perspective from his prior experience at Deloitte LLC and senior management roles in privately held companies, start-ups, and Fortune 500 organizations, helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters.
John holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
Stephen DeAngelis

Stephen DeAngelis has been with Tyler Lynch, PC since 1990, bringing over 30 years of experience in individual, partnership, and corporate tax preparation, as well as nonprofit taxation. He is highly skilled in tax planning and developing tax strategies tailored to client needs.
Stephen is also well-versed in financial and audit compliance and is an expert in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Peachtree, and CCH ProFx. His experience extends to corporate payroll, benefits and retirement planning, helping clients maintain accurate and efficient processes.
Stephen is recognized by clients for his warmth, patience, attention to detail, and personable approach - qualities that make complex tax matters easier to navigate. He holds a degree in Accounting from Salem State College.
Kenneth Maxwell

Kenneth Maxwell has been a member of the Tyler Lynch, PC team since 1993, with extensive experience serving Subchapter C and S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations. He is proficient in handling consolidated and multistate tax returns, providing clients with accurate and reliable guidance.
Ken’s experience also includes supervising and reviewing audits, reviews, and compilations across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and real estate companies. His depth of knowledge ensures clients receive practical solutions and confident support in complex financial matters.
Matthew Besse
